In The Flow

This painting was created using the paint pouring technique and was inspired by the colours. I stood before the paints and was drawn to this lovely combination finishing off with soft gold. There are times when I'm in a dreamy mood to let the paint take me on a journey of discovery. Soft music playing and the sunlight streaming into the studio, I gently began to pour and the image slowly evolved before me. I then spent quite some time embellishing as the liquid paints were still wet. A really special day in the studio.
